Please Note:
• Minimum Order: £250 before VAT & shipping for 1st order per season.

• All prices exclude VAT and shipping.

• All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are correct as of January 2012.

• Overseas customers are liable to pay customs charges where applicable

• We do not sell to Ebay Shops. Our clothing must not be sold on Ebay.

Placing an Order:
Orders may be placed by filling in an order form (if you do not have one please get in touch with us) or ordering online at www.misfortune.co.uk/wholesale.
We are currently working on a new website, when this is launched you will need new login details to place our wholesale orders, you will receive information on this if you are on our mailing list.

Payment:
Do not send payment with your order. Please wait to be invoiced as and when the stock becomes available.

Payment Methods:

Credit/Debit card: We can take payment by Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron.

Cheque (UK Customers only) : Made payable to Miss Fortune and posted to the address above.

Bank Transfer: Bank transfer details will be shown on the invoice.

Terms & Conditions:
Goods will pass to the purchaser, only when payment is made in full. Payment is required before goods can be despatched. Payment must be made in UK funds only. Deliveries must be checked immediately and all claims must be made within 7 days. Returns accepted only on damaged or faulty goods. No returns without prior authorisation. Payment must be made within 30days of invoice date.

PRIVACY POLICY:
In the situation that payment details are collected by Miss Fortune and we process the payment ourselves the credit/debit card details will be shredded after the payment is processed so no payment details are stored.
