PAYMENT:
We can take payment by credit or debit card though our online shop. Payments are processed though Paypal but you do not need a Paypal account, if you have a Paypal account you may pay though your account but if not you can just enter your card details and pay directly that way.

SIZING:
The sizes in the size chart are given as a guide, if you are concerned about the sizing on an item you wish to buy please get in touch and we can take measurements from the garment and let you know.

OUT OF STOCK:
If an item you have ordered is out of stock you will be refunded and we will inform you by email that we have sent you a refund.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Buyers MUST contact us before returning an item.

TIME SALE: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving it for UK buyers and within 30 days for overseas buyers.

ITEM CONDITION: Items must be in the same condition as when we sent them with all tags and packaging.

POSTING AN ORDER BACK: Buyers are responsible for paying the cost of posting items back to us and they must get proof of postage from the post office in case the items should go missing in the post. If an order should get lost in the post when it is being returned we cannot provide a refund or exchange without proof of postage.

EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange an item please check before returning it that we have the item you want.

REFUNDS: If an item is returned for a refund we will refund the cost of the item(s) but not the postage cost, unless the item is being returned because it is faulty in which case we will refund the full amount including postage.

SALE ITEMS - can only be returned for and exchange for a different garment or if they are faulty.

UK POSTAGE:
Orders sent out within the UK will be sent via 1st class post with Royal Mail, or if the order is particularly large it may be sent by Fastway Couriers.

Items are usually posted out within 2days of ordering (usually sooner), if you haven’t received your order within 1 week please get in touch so week can look into the matter. If you need the order for a particular date please let us know so we can try to make sure we get it to you in time.

To work out the postage on your order just add the items you would like to the basket and it will calculate the postage.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE:
Orders sent outside the UK will be sent via airmail with Royal Mail.

Items are usually posted out within 2 days of ordering (usually sooner), if you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks please get in touch so week can look into the matter. If you need the order for a particular date please let us know so we can try to make sure we get it to you in time.

To work out the postage on your order just add the items you would like to the basket and it will calculate the postage. We have 2 postage categories for overseas orders, Europe for countries inside the European Union and Worldwide for anywhere outside of the UK and Europe.

PRIVACY POLICY:
payments taken thought the website are processed by Paypal and as such we do not receive the credit/debit card details. In the rare occation that payment details are taken by us directly and we process the payment ourselves the credit/debit card details will be shredded after the payment is processed so no payment details are stored.
