November 2011 - Last Shipping Dates For Christmas

These are the dates supplied by Royal Mail as the last dates that that items can be postd out to arrive before Christmas.

If you have placed an order and it seems to be taking longer than expected to arrive please let us know as soon as possible! Also, if you are expecting a delivery that has not arrived as good idea is to go to your local sorting office with proof of your address and ID to see if they are holding the parcel there, often they forget to leave a card to say they have delivered while you were out.

September 2011 - London Edge Trade Fair

At the start of September we went down to London to the London Edge trade fair to launch our new Autumn/Winter 2011 collection. As usual we had a blast and got lots of positive feedback on the new ranges. Here's a few pictures from the show!

June 2011 - Americana Fashion Show in July!

We are proud to anounce that we are hosting a fashion show at the Americana International car/music show on Sat 9th & Sun 10th July.

Along with our collection there will also be collections from 5 other rockin' brands and music from 2 bands! We will have a small pop up stand for the duration of the show so you can pick up some clothes in person.

February 2011 - London Edge Trade Fair

We've just come back from taking orders for the upcoming Spring/Summer 2011 collection at the London Edge trade fair. Our tiki-tastic stand was looking hot in contast to the wintery weather outside!

It was lovely to meet up with so many of our wholesale buyers and kick back and have some fun at the after show party!

We just can't wait to get all the great new Spring/Summer styles into production and on sale!

February 2011 - We are away at a trade fair!

We will be out of the office from midday Thursday 3rd February till Wednesday 9th February. If you place an order during this time it will be posted out on Wednesday 3rd Febraury. While we are away we will not be able to keep the stock up to date on the website, in the event that an item you have ordered is now out of stock we will send you a refund straigh away.

December 2010 - We are away for Christmas!

We will be out of the office over Christmas, we definitely wont be in 24th - 28th December. We will start processing orders from 29th December but shipping may not be as speedy as usual as there will no post collection from our offices offices till January 4th and as such we will be trying to get things to the nearest post office as often as we can.

We have decided to try and offer a more varied shopping experience on the website by stocking selected items by other brands that we feel compliment our clothing!

February 2010 - London Edge

We had a great time as usual at the London Edge Trade Fair with our models Miss Zara Ann and Miss Frankii Wilde doing sterling work enticing buyers to our stand with tasty treats!

18th November 2009 - Information on Nautical Nancy cardigans.

It has come to our attention that a cardigan that is quite similar to our Nautical Nancy Cardigan has been recently made by a shop in Germany called Killer Kirsche. We need to make sure people know that these cardigans are not by us because the sizing may be different and they have different details. Also, as they are not by us, if you end up with one of theirs you can not exchange it with us! I believe they are going to add their logo to the front of the cardigan so people can be clear who's cardigan they are buying. We are posting this in response to emails from our customers and simply wish to clear up the situation.

July 2009 - New Autumn/Winter 09 ranges & fun at photo shoots!

We have just finalised the new collection for next season *phew!*, we've got lots of great new designs and the return of some favorites. We've also got some exciting new men's clothing that we're looking forward to getting out there.

We have just finished shooting the pictures of the new collection and had lots of fun going to locations including a retro barbers, graveyard and a tiki bar in manchester called Keko Muko where we met up with two thirds of The Hyperjax, who we've snapped in some of the new menswear.

We have just added the new 2009 Nautical Nancy items to the web shop, these are so hot they are sure to fly out of the shop, so get 'em while you can!

We added the Scarlett Fever Off The Shoulder Top to the webshop last month and we sold out in the space of about 3 weeks! We have just received a new delivery of them so they are back in stock in all sizes at the moment.

May 2009 - Miss Fortune Featured in Big Cheese Magazine (April 09 issue)

Three Miss Fortune garments have been used for a photo shoot with Big Cheese magazine where they are styling Karen, the singer from the band Kill Casino. They have also included our mens Hotrod Shirt in their Junk Deluxe section. Cheers Big Cheese!

April 2009 - Miss Fortune will be away for a week how this affects orders:

The Miss Fortune team will be away from 24/04/09 until 01/04/09, during this time we will not be able to ship out any orders placed though the online shop.

We will be doing our best to keep the stock levels up to date, but if any items are ordered and they are not in stock you will receive a refund.

Any orders placed while we are away will be processed on our return and in all likely hood will be shipped out after the May Day bank holiday on Tuesday 5th May.

April 2009 - Two new ranges added to the online shop

we have just added the Scarlett Fever and Shake It! ranges to the online shop! Not all the garments form these ranges will be in stock straight away but they will all be there within a week or two.

March 2009 - First garments from the new Spring/Summer '09 range in stock now!

We know some of you have been wondering where you can buy the clothing that is pictured in the images on the home page. These pictures are mostly of the new Spring/Summer '09 collection we we will be getting in over the next couple of months. We have just added the first of the new ranges to the online shop, the Kitty's Got Claws - Black range.

February 2009 - Revamped online shopping and new items added!

We have revamped the women's online shopping section so that it is now easier to browse and there are fewer pages to go through to get to the buying pages.

The revamp also makes it easier for us to update the webshop, as such we have got round to adding loads more clothes to the shop!

We've just added the super kitsch Sundae Best Dresses and the men's Hotrod Diner Shirts to the online shop. The Sundae Best swing dress features fabric printed with ice cream sundaes and the Hotrod Diner shirts are made from fabric printed all over with a diner scene complete with hotrods and girls on roller-skates!

The very popular Signature Turned Up Skirts have been added to the online shop! They're gonna sell out quick so get 'em while you can.

June 2008 - New range added to online shop!

We have just added the Annie Get Your Gun range to the online shop. This range has a girly, western theme to it and features cherry print gingham mixed with plain solids. This range is so hot for summer!

May 2008 - New range available to buy!

The long awaited Glamour Puss range is now available to buy in our online shop. It may also be appearing in a shop near you shortly as this is the first range that available for shops to buy, check out our new list of stockist's.

February 2008 - Wholesale Launch!

We are pleased to announce that we have officially launched the wholesale side of the label! Our catalogue, price list and order form are ready to be sent to shops and we will be showing at the London Edge trade fair on 3-5th Feb (stand 238B). Any shops that might be interested in stocking Miss Fortune should seek further details from the wholesale section of our website.

December 2007 - Spring/Summer 08 ranges finished and photographed!

We've been working our socks off recently to get the new ranges for next year finished and photographed. At the beginning of December we finalised the ranges and had a photo shoot with the lovely Miss Rain. Here's a sneak preview of what's to come next year.
